I had previously been told by a handyman that fixing my toilet would be a huge (costly!) project that involved redoing the sewer pipe under my house. However, the team of experienced pros knew exactly how to fix my toilet without it breaking the bank. Their service fees were fair and reasonable compared to other plumbers I had used in Carson City. From now on, this plumbing service will be my top choice!

While working on the water main, I accidentally created an issue for the entire house. Luckily, Ezekiel arrived within the hour. He replaced the ball valve, the shower head (which was the source of the problem), and the bathroom faucet. Water was quickly restored! Ezekiel was friendly and very professional. He kept me updated throughout the process and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I've already asked for an estimate for more plumbing work! I will definitely be using this service again. At Travis & Sons Plumbing, Cory, Roman, and Ezekiel all did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing issues. Initially, we asked for a wash sink to be installed in our mud room with both hot and cold water, and the capability for non-softened water. Cory came to our home in Carson City and carried out the initial assessment, identifying several issues that needed to be addressed. Following this, he delegated the tasks to Roman and Ezekiel, who both surpassed our expectations! They had to move our water softener from the mud room on the ground floor to the basement, positioning it near the water pressure tank, water heater, and the whole-house water filter. They also moved our bacterial light filter to the same area. During this process, we discovered our water softener was one of the least efficient on the market, so they supplied and installed a brand new, highly efficient water softener system. Afterward, they made sure the water flow sequence was correct. Once the job was done, we asked Cory to explain the work that had been carried out. After inspecting Roman and Ezekiel's work and explaining the setup, we realized that they provided an even better solution than we had originally imagined! They absolutely exceeded our expectations! Totally awesome experience, would highly recommend! No overcharging at all. Our water heater broke down and we got a quote from a company that was quite high for a simple water heater repair, trying to convince us it was a fair price. Definitely not. We contacted a different plumbing service who sent out their plumber, Cory, to look at the same issue. They only charged us 1400 for the part and service. Cory was fast, efficient, super friendly, and didn't try to overcharge us. We will be loyal customers from now on! Cory also came back when our furnace valve gave out and provided the same top-notch service. Can't recommend them enough in Carson City!
